Research description:
Research interests include the analysis, design,
and simulation of electric machines, power
electronics, and power systems. Development of
new drive and power system components for naval,
aerospace, and vehicular systems. Second order
effects in electric machines and drive systems.
Laboratory facilities:
Purdue University and the Energy Sources
Analysis Consortium maintain extensive laboratory
facilities for the study of power electrics,
power electronics based distribution and
propulsion systems, and electric machinery.
