Laboratory facilities:

The Power Research Laboratory at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada has excellent laboratory and research facilities to carry out both theoretical and experimental research on power system analysis, power electronics, motor drives, power system ptrotection, wind and distributed energy systems and state-of-the art in-house research library. These facilities have been supported by the Natural Science and Engineering Research council of Canada, Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, Newfoundland Power and the University over the past 30 years. Presently four (Rahman, Quaicoe, Jeyasurya and Iqbal) full time Faculty members use the power research laboratory facilities.
