Directed the development of computer programs for line impedance calculations, load estimation (including customer based load modeling and SCADA system measurement matching for both grounded and ungrounded systems), multi-phase power flow analysis for radial and networked systems, fault analysis, reconfiguration for restoration, reconfiguration for minimum loss, capacitor placement and sizing, phase balancing, reliability analysis, economic evaluations, decision evaluation, protection system design, and integrated design of distribution systems. Programs are currently in use at a number of US and foreign utilities. Primarily interested in developing computer aided engineering capabilities for the design of electric distribution systems.
