Research description:

Switching converter modeling using the averaged model. Linear and nonlinear analysis and control methods for power electronic systems. Power Factor Correction (PFC) methods for single phase and three phase rectifiers. High efficiency power supply design.

Laboratory facilities:

Available lab power 100 kW. Network analyzer for small-signal converter modeling. Harmonic measurements and spectral tests from dc to 500 MHz. Electronics Loads up to 10 kW.
